What We Do
The Old Fort Homeless Coalition collaborates with approximately 30 local service providers across the River Valley area to offer holistic solutions for homelessness. Acting as a liaison between shelter providers and stakeholders dedicated to ending homelessness, we facilitate access to shelter, housing, and related services in Sebastian, Crawford, Franklin, Logan, Polk, and Scott counties in Arkansas. Our mission extends to raising public awareness about homelessness and securing funding to combat it, including the establishment of the Riverview Hope Campus.

Board Meetings: Every 2nd Monday of the month at 9:30 a.m.
Member Meetings: Meetings are held quarterly on the third Tuesday of the designated month at 11:45 a.m.

FY 2026 OLD FORT HOMELESS COALITION CoC HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) CONSOLIDATED APPLICATION
In August 2026, the Old Fort Homeless Coalition (OFHC) Continuum of Care (CoC) solicited local applications for projects that support efforts to prevent and end homelessness in the River Valley. Applications were due to the OFHC CoC by September 15, 2026.
The Rank and Review Committee met during September 2026 to evaluate submitted projects using the scoring criteria and review process outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and application instructions. Projects were assessed and ranked based on their alignment with community priorities, performance measures, and HUD requirements. The final ranking and project recommendations were approved by the OFHC CoC Board of Directors and submitted to HUD on September 30, 2026.
The documents below were submitted to HUD as part of the FY 2026 Continuum of Care Consolidated Application. These materials are provided for public review and transparency and include the FY 2026 CoC Application, the FY 2026 Rank and Review Priority Listing, and related application materials approved by the OFHC CoC Board of Directors. Through this process, the Old Fort Homeless Coalition seeks to ensure that federal funding is directed toward projects that effectively address homelessness and housing instability within our community.
